Tin Chang has invested various types of injection machines from SUMITOMO, MITSUBUSHI, NISSEI, TOSHIBA, and FANUC, of which their capacity ranges from 50-ton to 2000-ton. These machines include models vary from electrical, hydraulic, high speed, dual color to steam heating assistance equipment.
1.Individual workshops include dust-free air conditioned electrical injection machine, dual color machine workshop, small and medium injection machine and large injection machine workshop for 850-ton machines and above.
2.Each machine is equipped with robotic arm, nitrogen gas molding assisted equipment and baking unit. Some of them are equipped with steam heat assisted equipment.
3.By constantly upgrading our facilities and capacity, we are able to control our quality more effectively and be able to provide better customer service.
